Eight years of receipts.

Ounternet started in 2018 in Istanbul. Since 2024 it has been a UK-registered company, OUNTERNET Limited, Company No. 15761061, based in Poole. The remit has not changed since day one: build real revenue for real businesses, and report it back in writing every month.

Production, design and development run from Istanbul. The two studios operate as one company, with one shared dashboard and one operating system across all client work.

We register every job in Companies House. Our standard contract is governed by English law and we never sub-contract a brief without telling you first.

We do not have an offshore writing team in another country slipping work past you. Every brief has a named operator from one of our two studios. If we ever need to swap an operator on your account, you find out before it happens.

Chapter 01

2015. A blue ocean at home.

We started in our home country, when digital marketing there was still a blue ocean. The agency grew fast. Our clients included some of the country's largest holding groups and its top 100 companies.

Chapter 02

Signal lost.

Then the government shut down the internet. Overnight, the work could not run there, so we closed our operation in the country entirely.

Chapter 03

2017. Dubai.

We moved to Dubai and opened a branch.

Chapter 04

2018. Istanbul, the bridge.

To scale, we needed a base that bridges East, West and the Middle East. In 2018 OUNTERNET was founded in Istanbul.

Chapter 05

Going global.

From Istanbul we grew a client base across the USA, the UK, Germany, Canada and Australia.

Chapter 06

The pandemic years.

During the pandemic we moved into healthcare services, SaaS businesses and industry.

Chapter 07

2024. Headquarters and heavy industry.

We opened our headquarters in the UK and entered oil and gas industrial measurement with Zegaz Instruments.

Today.

OUNTERNET today works globally on the leading edge of the tech stack: AI, our own SaaS products and AI adoption for industry. We operate in 3 countries and serve clients in 10 countries.

How we actually operate.

Six principles that sit on the inside of every contract. We do not market these. We just hold ourselves to them.

Named operators.

Every brief has a real human on it, by name, in writing, in your shared channel. No offshored pods, no "your account team", no anonymous deliverables. If we have to swap someone, you find out before it happens.

Receipts, not decks.

Friday Loom is a six-minute talk through the week. End of month is a single-page receipt: what we tried, what worked, what cost what. No quarterly business review theatre.

Compounding stack.

We refuse à la carte engagements that cannibalise each other. We will turn down a brief if running it as one service will quietly undermine another we already operate for you.

Honest exit.

Retainers carry a 30-day exit notice after month six. If we are not the right team, we will say so. Usually before you do. The only retainer churn we want is the one neither side wanted to keep going.

One shared dashboard.

Every engagement runs on a shared live board across our studios and your team. Blended CAC, channel mix, content velocity, automation health, in one place. You see what we see.

GDPR by default.

UK-registered, English-law-governed contracts. All client data is processed in EU/UK regions only. No data goes to a US sub-processor without explicit, written sign-off.

Honest due diligence.

Search "Ounternet Limited" on the Companies House public register. You will see the registration number, registered address, active filing history, directors and the most recent confirmation statement. We send the certificate of incorporation and proof-of-insurance as a single PDF on request, inside one business day.
No, not without telling you first. Every named operator on a brief sits inside one of our two studios in Poole or Istanbul. Specialist freelancers are used very occasionally for production overflow, always with NDAs in place, and never on strategic or client-facing work.
UK and EEA regions only by default. Every sub-processor we use is reviewed against UK GDPR. No client data is sent to a US-based sub-processor without your written sign-off. Our standard DPA is governed by English law.
A short master services agreement plus a per-engagement statement of work. English-law-governed, exclusive jurisdiction Courts of England and Wales. 30-day exit notice on retainers after month six. We can red-line your own MSA if procurement insists, and we routinely sign third-party DPAs and information-security questionnaires.
Yes. We will introduce you to two existing clients in a similar category to yours after the second discovery call. We do not put reference clients in front of every inbound enquiry. We want them spending their time on their own business.
Sprints can start inside seven days of signed SOW. Retainers usually start at the beginning of the following month. Invoices are issued in GBP, EUR or USD on the first working day of the month, payable net-30. Stripe, TransferWise, SEPA and ACH are all supported.
