Case study, 2026

A London label, launched online.

Twenty Five London makes rugby shirts, loungewear and a Yacht Club line. We built the Shopify store, ran the launch advertising with add-to-cart campaigns and CTAs, and keep building reviews and trust.

The launch

Live in August, built to sell from day one.

The store went live in August 2026. We launched with catalogue campaigns optimised for add-to-basket, so spend follows the products people actually want, and retargeting for warm visitors who looked but did not buy yet.

What we are doing now

Turning first customers into proof.

  • Reviews

Collecting reviews and customer photos from the first orders.

  • Product and checkout

Rebuilding the product and checkout pages around that proof.

  • Autumn range

Shifting paid spend to the autumn range.

The work

The launch creative.

Yacht Club

The new range in the sun, on a boat deck.

Intake

We only take 3 new clients a month.

Every project is planned and delivered by the same small senior team. Taking more would mean handing you to people you never met.
