Cookie Policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

The short version

Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working. Analytics, advertising and other optional tools stay off until you choose to allow them. You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

On this page

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies include pixels, tags and local storage. In this policy we call them all cookies.

2. How we ask

When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept all, Reject all or choose by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. Until you choose, only strictly necessary cookies run. We keep your choice for 6 months, then ask again. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of advertising cookies.

We use Google Consent Mode. Before you consent, Google tags do not set cookies and only send basic, cookieless signals such as that a page loaded. Google may use these to model overall results without identifying you.

3. The categories

Strictly necessary. Needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice, language and theme. These cannot be switched off.

Functional. Remember choices and power embedded tools like our booking calendar and chat. Off until you allow them.

Analytics. Help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Off until you allow them.

Advertising. Measure our ads and show our ads to people who visited the site, on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft and Reddit, and show our sales team which companies visit (Apollo). Off until you allow them.

4. The cookies we use

The table is generated from our live configuration, so it only lists tools that are switched on. Durations are set by each provider and can change.

5. Server-side measurement

With your advertising consent, we may also send conversion events, such as a form submission or a booked call, directly from our server to Google and Meta (for example Meta's Conversions API and Google's enhanced conversions). Contact details are hashed before sending. We do not send these events if you refuse advertising cookies.

6. Managing cookies

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may stop working. For ad choices across sites, see youronlinechoices.eu. Google lets you manage ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
